Unique hood from Paris, circa 1884. Label: Mme. Josse * Boulevard des Italiens 3 * Paris. Shimmering green sequins, fabric flowers and a large green bow complete the look. The two "horns", designed to make the wearer appear taller, are modeled after the antennae of insects. The green bow is decorated with four small buckles made of rhinestones. Bow made of orange silk on the back. Very well preserved. One stain in the green bow. Very rare - in presentation and with a Paris label. This is also reflected in the price.
