Even in the middle of the 19th Century bonnets must be warming and at the same moment elegant. This bonnet is a good example. Bluish-gray-green, quilted silk covered the head and neck area. The front bonnet is tied with a bow. The cream-colored lining could be adjusted by pulling cords/bands to the head of each wearer. Very ingenious. The condition is excellent. We have discovered only two tiny spots. There are not noticeable. The decoration is not included in the price.
