Antique-Gown

 
Elegant embroidered (wedding) umbrella, in the original box with the imprint: Peter Robinson Ltd, 252 to 264, Regent St. W (London). The umbrella was purchased on 21.9.1909 and delivered to Mrs Platt at Browns Hotel. The original stickers are still present. About the umbrella: Inner umbrella made of silk, T-shaped umbrella handle covered with small mother-of-pearl leaves, hanging fringes, cream-coloured but also complemented by colourful fringes, floral embroidery pattern on the silk outer umbrella (flower garland). In excellent condition. The box shows some signs of age and storage. Extremely rare to find.
