Strolling umbrella from England, ca. 1850. The umbrella leaf is made of green silk. Decorated with appliqués in a jagged shape. Inner covering of silk. Wooden handle, umbrella tip made of bone. A small tassel is attached to the handle. In good condition. The green silk shows signs of age and use. The inner silk is stained and partially torn. Rare to find.
