A Small Folding Feather Fan, ca. 1890, opening to a semi-circle, the guards clipping together to form a fixed handle. The feathers, applied in 3 bands, some spotted, some cream, are mounted on faux tortoiseshell, and are of the type given to the ladies of the house following a shooting party in order to have a fan made. The fan is in good order.
