Leaf: A large printed fan advertising the exhibition in Paris in 1889, marked “Deposé” to the bottom right, the colourful leaf giving an aerial view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine, and various buildings in the park behind, the verso is plain red glazed cotton, the monture of silvered wood, the guards and gorge sticks each featuring an Eiffel Tower and the date 1889
Condition: good, signs of age and use; a small chipped area on one of the center bars
