Rare Portuguese button boots in light brown leather, ca. 1906. The boots wear the label of Victor Gomes & P. Pedroso inside: 106 R. Augusta 108 / 47 R. S. Nicolau 49 * Lisboa. The boots are unworn or have been worn very little and very carefully. Inside closure by lacing (original laces present), outside closure by 12 buttons. The boots are in very good condition. Smaller storage stains. Matching the boots, the original box has also been preserved. This is not in good condition (the previous owners have glued it poorly). On the box is also written that the two cobblers received the gold medal at the World's Fair in St. Louis in 1904. Dainty finish, so the boots are no longer wearable today.
