High button Tango boots, ca. 1905. Midnight blue suede, ivory kid leather. Gracefully fashioned curvilinear, criss-cross straps at front upper vamp and boot shaft. Straps button at sides with 7 blue shoe buttons. Small tailored bow at vamp. Closed rounded toe, shank & quarter. Cuban heel with stacked bottom cap. Closed back boot shaft, comes to sculpted point center front & back. Ivory kid leather lining. Could well be considered museum quality.

Very good condition, consistent with age. Shows moderate general wear & soil consistent with age. Hand applied color matched ribbon reinforcement to fortify button edge. Perfect addition to any collection, great display piece.
