Bronze Lamé Hat, ca. 1912
A fetching Paris labeled 1912 Edwardian wide brim bronze and black lame hat. The hat has a label that reads “Mme Vincent * Modes* 231 Rue St. Honoré * Prés la Place Vendome * Paris”. The crown is encircled with a braided dark gold metallic trim, decorated with plumes. The under brim is made of black velvet. The inside crown is lined with black silk. The hat is in good condition. There is wear to the fabric along the edge of the brim. The decoration is not included.
