Two-piece wedding gown of ribbed silk, ca. 1874. American Label: „ A.C. & C. A. Partridge, Boston“. Long fitted bodice, huge back bow, 16 crochet bodice buttons, handmade Brussels lace. Draped skirt with self-fabric pleated trim. Long train, typical for the dresses from this fashion period. Part of the lot: silk pumps, silk stockings & glove. All in very good to excellent condition. The dress is also in excellent condition with a few flaws: Two tiny brown spots on bodice and a few spots on the skirt.
