Antique-Gown

Very rare corset from the early rococo period, ca. 1720. Stiffened chest with wooden/wooden sticks. The rococo corset was worn in a time when it corresponded to the ideal of beauty that women had as little breast as possible. Dark, ribbed silk fabric with a beautiful - and colourful - floral motif. The antique corset is laced in the front. Half-length sleeves with silk cuffs, which are pleated. Excellent condition. Very rare to find. The decoration is not included.
