Antique-Gown

There was one thing a lady's boudoir could not do without: a pincushion. It was not only used to pin up sharp jewellery (such as pins or brooches), but also ordinary pins that were needed for clothing. This pincushion is in yellow. It dates from around the last decade of the 19th century. Very well preserved and very decorative.
