Antique-Gown

 
Probably a wedding corset from the late 1870s. Rendered in white, with a wide (white) lace border at the top. Typical bust cups for corsets of this period. One corset hook in front. Old cords, perhaps still the original ones from the time. Good to very good condition. The corset has metal rods showing through on the inside in a few places; therefore rust stains on the inside. Some lighter discoloration on the outside, especially on the back. None of this detracts from this unique corset. Decoration is not included.
