Antique-Gown

Three copper printing plates of the corset company Spirella, ca. 1900. There is an explicit reference to England. Patches of this type have not survived almost at all. They were used for printing corset boxes, advertising and corsets. The plates are in very good condition. A little tarnished. The cardboard cover is unfortunately not in good condition. It shows more obvious signs of age and storage. Very, very rare.
