Very rare young girl's bustle going out dress, ca 1800. Made of green and white striped paper silk. The dress is a one-piece; pleated skirt; typical bustle/cul de Paris on the back. Two rows of eight glass buttons each with a bird motif. Bustle, cuffs, belt and borders are made of brown plaid silk. Very well preserved. Minor and very discreet stains. Underarm repairs; minor imperfections on the back of the sleeves (not visible from the front). The decoration is not included.
