On May 28, 1912, Lucile May Agnes Errine Wußern celebrated her "First Holy Communion." She was 11 years and 10 months old. The family went to the photographer with her for this. Samuels in Rangoon and Mandalay had this honor. Rangoon and Mandalay are cities in Burma (Myanmar). Lucile was probably the daughter of a British officer stationed in Burma. The original photo of the communion ceremony has been preserved. Lucile's little dress is made of cream silk satin. Back closure with hooks and eyes. Attached hanging belt. Collar made of lace. Soutache appliqués. Small original wreath made of fabric flowers. The dress is in good condition. It has some stains that are difficult to photograph.
