Small Leather Handbag, ca. 1905

The lady of high society did not need to take much with her when she left the house. A little change, a powder compact, maybe some smelling salts - all that was part of it. All of this fitted into this small square, dark brown leather handbag, ca. 1905. Silver-coloured metal frame with a sliding clasp. Leather handle. Inside lined with light brown leather. Very well preserved. Discreet signs of age and wear.
