The lady of high society did not need to take much with her when she left the house. A little change, a powder compact, maybe some smelling salts - all that was part of it. All of this fitted into this small light brown leather handbag, ca. 1902. Gold-coloured metal frame with a sliding clasp. Leather handle. Inside lined with colour-coordinated fabric. Very well preserved. Discreet signs of age and wear.
Dimensions: ~11 x 20 x 8 cm (without handle)
