Antique-Gown

Rococo wallet, ca 1750. Metal threads/metal wires have been embroidered on silk. Stylized floral motif. Metal sequins on the front and back. Pink tassels as decoration. Lined with light green silk on the inside. For the age: well preserved. In the upper left corner the metal wires have come loose. Some sequins are missing on the front. Minor tears in the silk. This gem has survived the last 270 years. And that is the most important thing. Rare to find.
