Gigantic Train, ca. 1920

This is the longest train we've ever seen. An unbelievable 540 cm long train. It is decorated with cream-coloured flowers with pearls embroidered in the middle. We counted 32 large flowers and 32 smaller ones, which were attached in rays. The train is made of tulle. Flounces at the edges. It was attached to the shoulder of the wedding dress by means of hooks. And with that the bride then moved into the church. And she probably wore them in her hand at the official wedding photo. There is a loop at the end of the long train. The flowers are very well preserved. Some of the petals need to be reattached. The tulle has many smaller and a few larger holes.
