One-piece antique wedding dress, ca. 1908. Origin: England. The satin silk gives this antique dress a certain extravagance. Semicircular neckline backed with light-coloured lace. The same type of lace is used for the long sleeves. High stand-up collar with a ruffled silk finish. The chest area is richly decorated with lace. Two horseshoes are placed in this area as symbols of luck, others in the skirt area. Beautifully accentuated shoulders. The skirt ends in a train. Fantastic are the "garlands" at the sides of the skirt. Back closure with hooks and eyelets. Very well preserved. A real eye-catcher. For women who fit the measurements of the dress: still wearable with care today. The decoration is not included.
