Antique-Gown

Three-piece walking ensemble consisting of a jacket, blouse and skirt. It was worn around 1909 in Munich, Germany. Without the tailor's label. The jacket and skirt are made of cream-coloured linen. Delicately worked four-leaf clover and cotton dots adorn the antique dress. Toggle button fastening covered with crocheted yarn. Wavy collar edge; cuffs to wrap around the long sleeves. The blouse is made of thin cotton fabric. High stand-up collar made of lace. Pleated bust section. The dress is in good to very good condition. Slight signs of wear, some torn threads in the shamrocks, two buttons are missing their covers. The blouse has a small hole and is a little dusty. Jewellery and bag are not included.
