Two-piece walking ensemble or street costume, ca. 1910. Origin: France. The antique dress consists of an elongated jacket and a long skirt. Both are beautifully embroidered with a floral motif. The jacket closes at the front with three large mother-of-pearl buttons. The skirt closes at the side with press studs. Long sleeves, wide cuffs. The ensemble is in good to very good condition. The lining of the jacket is coming loose at the bottom hem. It would only need to be resewn. Discreet signs of wear. The press studs have been moved. This is still visible. Possibly inserted fabric on the back of the skirt (under the jacket, not or barely visible). But it could just as well be a decorative element. Umbrella, blouse and brooch are not included.
