Elegant cream-colored, almost white evening dress (perhaps even a wedding dress). It was worn in England around 1890. Label from Liverpool: E. Scott. The fabric is a woven silk fabric into which floral patterns have been worked. The antique dress is a two-piece consisting of a skirt and top. The top has elbow-length sleeves that end with cuffs made of purple and gray velvet. U-shaped neckline, which is also decorated with the two-tone velvet. Lace is attached to the inside of the neckline. Lace fastening at the back. The skirt is beautifully pleated. It ends in a train. Two ribbons of different lengths adorn the back of the skirt. Lace is attached to the hem. In very good to excellent condition. Subtle wear in the velvet area. Minor stains. Very minimal signs of age and wear. Elasticated waist area of the skirt. The jewelry is not included.
